dinner – shrimp etouffee, cajun rice, green beans, and salad

 

monday, dec 31

brunch – scrambled eggs, sweet potato hash, bacon, ruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, oatmeal with toppings, and breakfast salads

dinner – braised short ribs, mash potato, brussel sprout, roasted mushrooms, and salad

 

tuesday, jan 1

brunch – build your own breakfast burrito, fruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, oatmeal with toppings, breakfast salads

 

  • brunch is served at 10a, adult dinner served between 6p and 6:30p
  • fruit & cereal will be available before breakfast for early risers
  • snacks (chips, salsa, dip, etc.) will be available in the afternoon around 2p
  • early dinner will be provided for kids (cheese quesadilla, mac n cheese, etc.) at 5:30p
