dinner – soup & salad (served throughout the evening for late arrivals)

 

friday, dec 30

brunch – scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, fruit, yogurt, granola

dinner – baked cod with chimichurri sauce, roasted tomato and onion lentils, roasted vegetables, fall salad, hawaiian rolls

 

saturday, dec 31

brunch Рscrambled eggs, bacon, salad, fruit, oatmeal

dinner – slow braised pork shoulder, southern greens, black-eyed peas, hearty garden salad, sliced bread

 

sunday, jan 1

brunch – quiche (variety of styles), bacon, salad, fruit, yogurt, granola

dinner – scarborough fair chicken, quinoa, roasted cauliflower & cabbage, berry salad, yeast rolls

 

monday, jan 2

brunch – scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, fruit, yogurt, granola

 

  • fruit & cereal will be available before breakfast for early risers
  • snacks (chips, salsa, dip, etc.) will be available in the afternoon
  • early dinner will be provided for kids (cheese quesadilla, mac n cheese, etc.)
