brunch – scrambled eggs, variety of bacon, fruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, breakfast salads

dinner – chicken cacciatore, penne noodles, sauteed kale with roasted eggplant, salad, bread

 

saturday, dec 30

brunch – sweet potato hash, scrambled eggs, fruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, breakfast salads

dinner – baked fish tacos, taco toppings, vegan slaw, black beans, mango and pineapple salad

 

sunday, dec 31

brunch – shakshuka, white rice, scrambled eggs (for those that don’t want shakshuka, kept in the kitchen), fruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, breakfast salads

dinner – pork tenderloin, spicy cranberry relish, wild rice with mushrooms, vegan collard greens, salad

 

monday, jan 1

brunch – build your own breakfast burrito, fruit, greek yogurt parfait with granola and fruit puree, breakfast salads

 

  • fruit & cereal will be available before breakfast for early risers
  • snacks (chips, salsa, dip, etc.) will be available in the afternoon
  • early dinner will be provided for kids (cheese quesadilla, mac n cheese, etc.)
